Sam Cassidy is the owner of Chelsea Tax Advisors. An IRS Enrolled Agent, Sam has extensive experience advising individuals and companies on the taxation and tax equalization of expatriates and foreign nationals.

Sam spent over 16 years with the International Assignment Solutions practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and predecessor firm Price Waterhouse LLP. While with PwC and PW he worked primarily in the Tokyo practice (10 years) and the London practice (5 years). He also spent time working in the Singapore and Moscow practices.

In recent years Sam specialized in the global mobility and tax issues faced by clients in the financial services industry and counts Citigroup, Barclays, Credit Suisse, and Fidelity among his former clients. He has also advised clients as diverse as IBM, Kodak, AT&T, UK telcoms operator Orange, Aozora Bank, Tokyo Star Bank, Cadbury, Prudential, Fluor, and various international law firms.

As a global mobility specialist Sam naturally enjoys traveling and has visited over 60 countries.
